How are the crystals cleansed before shipping?

All crystal specimens are individually exposed to sound therapy vibrations, washed in spring water (where appropriate), and placed outside on custom copper plates under the full moon light cycles.

Can I return a Personalized Energy Box?

Due to the highly individualized nature of the Personalized Energy Box (which is custom-channeled by Yara based on your unique birth chart details and blockages), we do not accept returns or refunds on this specific offering once formulation starts.

How do I join the digital Tarot course?

Once checkout payment is completed, the system unlocks immediate access to the course. You will be automatically routed to your My Account dashboard tab "LMS Course Progress", where you can play and resume lessons.

What payment gateways are supported?

We visually and technically integrate Visa/Mastercard processing (mocked via Stripe), PayPal accounts, and Payoneer direct client transfers for checkout ease.

Any information submitted inside the Energetic Needs Assessment (DOB, chakra blockages, stressors) is encrypted during transmission and never shared with third parties. It is utilized exclusively by Yara to hand-formulate your custom box.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing Flow by Yara wellness products, courses, or scheduling booking slot readings, you agree to comply with our alchemical license conditions.

Digital Licensing

LMS course enrolments (e.g. كورس تاروت) are restricted to single-user licensing. Lifetime access guarantees access to the course content as long as the digital portal is maintained.

Shipping Policy

All physical alchemical tools (Amethyst clusters, Lavender wax candles, custom boxes) are carefully encased in high-grade shock protection wrapping.

Shipping Duration

Domestic order transit takes 2-4 business days. International destinations take 7-14 business days, subject to local customs clearings.

Returns Policy

Physical crystals and unopened candles may be returned within 14 days of arrival for a full credit refund. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.

Exceptions

Custom-channeled objects, specifically the **Personalized Energy Box**, are final and cannot be returned once formulated. Digital courses (Tarot Masterclass) are not eligible for refund post-enrollment.
